how can I move to Switzerland?
Its in the middle of Europe, all the places I want to go are a mere few hours away, there is great skiing in Alps, and I wouldnt have to deal with the nation where 63% of the people think its OK for their government to record all their phone conversations. Now, having worked for an NSA contractor very early in my career, I am not surprised that NSA is doing what its doing. After all, they do have some very interesting projects and capabilities. But the fact that after this is made very public, majority of the people just go whatever amazes me. People choose not to think twice about it, since it is for the greater good of fighting terrorism. What is more amazing, that according to the same poll, half of the people in this country actually approve how current administration handles privacy isues. Even after the wiretapping scandal and this latest news, people are un-phased by the current events. I am rather unsure what it would take for people to understand that their name can go on a no-fly list simply because someone they called happened to have a number similar to the one suspected of having ties to a terrorist organization. All I can say on this glorious morning is Switzerland anyone?
